As we do our last minute preparations for Christmas, attend the traditional gatherings and celebrations, and look forward to the new year which brings warmer weather and new beginnings, let's also take a few moments today to consider how we see ourselves currently, how we dream of seeing ourselves, and how to bring about positive changes in our lives in the upcoming year.
