Greetings, wonderful women of Stability Within!! As we do our last minute preparations for Christmas, attend the traditional gatherings and celebrations, and look forward to the new year which brings warmer weather and new beginnings, let's also take a few moments today to consider how we see ourselves currently, how we dream of seeing ourselves, and how to bring about positive changes in our lives in the upcoming year.
